Mr. Parvez Iftikhar has been a role model, a source of inspiration and an institution to my career development and professional maturity; and I believe for many others in the industry, relishing the fruits. One key aspect I learnt first hand from Mr. Parvez Iftikhar, which I shall always remember and practice, is a better ability to understanding the customer, their needs and pain points.
